    Thank you Maria, but I’ve tried with Loco with every configuration option, but still the translations don’t show up with the WP Bullet theme. So what next?

    Did you try with poedit tool?

    Please show me screenshot about what you want to change.

    Please send the following information to get the support faster:

    – FTP’s information
    – Site’s URL
    – WordPress admin account
    – Purchase Code& Purchase Date(to ensure you have bought the theme and deserve the good support):

    attached the invoice from envato.

    How and where do I “verify the purchase code”? It can be seen in my account info. This is getting a bit annoying. One simple thing (which should work anyway) takes a week to solve.
